For two decades, the scenic setting of Thunder Valley Motocross Park in Morrison has provided one of the toughest tests in all off-road motorcycle racing thanks to the mountainside venue’s elevation of more than 6,000 feet, where the thin air robs power and shortens breaths.

The Thunder Valley National is one of the most scenic and uniquely challenging events in all of motocross. Courtesy of MX Sports Pro Racing, Inc.

On Saturday, June 7, the annual visit from the Pro Motocross Championship will host the 21st running of the Toyota Thunder Valley National. This international showcase of elite racing talent will provide a full, action-packed afternoon.

For motorsports fans in Colorado, five-time Pro Motocross Champion Eli Tomac from Cortez will go head-to-head against fellow racers a full decade younger and putting himself in the thick of championship battles.
